The State Bar of California allows criminal lawyers who believe themselves to be extraordinary lawyers, apply to be Criminal Law Specialists. The process is rigorous and daunting and only a very small percentage of applicants succeed. Those who do are authorized to become Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. Here at San Jose, we have a California State Bar Criminal Law Specialist who has proven his qualifications to the State Bar. Michael E. Cindrich
Michael E. Cindrich is a California attorney and graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law with nearly twenty years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. A former Prosecutor with the San Diego District Attorney’s Office, he has tried dozens of misdemeanor and felony cases.
